Youtube can be a fucking mess. However, it can also help you get things in line.
One of the jewels of Youtube, for me, has been the Buddhist Society of Western Austrailia’s Youtube channel, which features weekly talks by the monk, Ajahn Brahm.
First off, he’s a theoretical physicist who decided to become a monk, which is interesting. Second off, he has an interesting sense of humour. Third, he makes sense, to our weary brains.
In fact, his videos have been the accompanyment to many chill-out nights where we just want to relax and gain some perspective on the day’s happenings.
Accordingly, he is highly-recommended.
Whether you are into the religious aspects or not, the lessons of Ajahn Brahm offer practical ways to deal with everyday life.
